Composed for Bagsværd Church on the occation of the church’s 50 years anniversary (1976-2026)
The four movements are composed over the inscriptions on each of the church’s four bells:
1. Lad de små børn komme til mig / Let the little children come to me (klokke IV – eb’ / bell IV – eb’)
2. Jeg forkynder jer en stor glæde / I bring you good tidings of great joy (klokke II – b / bell II – bb)
3. Jeg er livets brød / I am the bread of life (klokke III – c’ / bell III – c’)
4. Kristus er opstanden / Christ is risen (klokke I – g / bell I – g)
